Todd Swaw - First Logistics

Todd joined First Logistics in 2004. A lifelong warehouseman, Todd brings thirty years of experience to ensure that First Logistics excels in the areas of Accuracy, Timeliness, Safety, Sanitation and Security. With a specific focus on buildings and building systems, Todd works to ensure that efficient processes match up with necessary resources to help our associates succeed. His expertise in warehouse layout and his knowledge of different material handling equipment types provide First Logistics with operational advantages geared toward cost effective customer solutions.

As the leader of all warehouse supervisors, Todd coaches and manages our staff toward the provision of great customer service. Responsible for Key Performance measurement for all customers, Todd has a unique insight into best practices. His role is to spread best practices across all 600,000 square feet and 75 customers to help create savings and enhance performance.
