Jose joined First Logistics in 2006. As the company has grown, he has taken on responsibilities for all aspects of warehouse operations, including the development of processes aimed at perfecting Accuracy; Timeliness; Safety; Sanitation and Security. As the company’s designated AIB International Certified Food Defense Coordinator, he leads the warehouse food safety and security teams. Jose is also a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist. Jose Garnica is a Certified Food Defense Coordinator successfully completing training through AIB International. It is a new requirement that all food facilities must meet due to FDA’s Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) regulations. It’s a vital component of a food protection plan for the food industry and is part of First Logistics continuing effort to provide extraordinary service.
